	      The health and safety policy includes a Staff Handbook and guidance on how to Report and Investigate Accidents in the Workplace with a spreadsheet for accident reporting that you can keep as your  Accident Book. 
	      
	            
	      The Policy comes in a word processing document format (in rich text that  opens in all major programmes) so that you can fill in the blanks and edit it as you wish. 
	    There is a different policy for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. 
	      
	      Remember, a policy is a statement of the things you will do.  Do not leave in any policy statements that are not applicable to your business or that you do not intend to follow.
